Jian Law Group

Victor Jian was born and grew up in China. In 2004, he graduated from Northwest University of Political Science and Law and received his LL.B. degree in International Law. Then he went to City University of Hong Kong Law School received his first LL.M. degree. With the tuition sponsorship from City University of Hong Kong Law School, through intensive competition among all LL.M candidates, Victor was selected and sent to American University Washington College of Law for receiving his second LL.M. degree. At the second Semester, Victor obtained an opportunity of internship at U.S. Congress Law Library as an Assistant of Director of Asian Law Department.

Victor has been working in the area of U.S. immigration law since beginning of 2006. He has currently admitted to New York Bar. Victor has more than 15 years of practice experience in all kinds of employment-based immigrant visas and non-immigrant visas, such as EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, EB-5, Labor Certificate, L, O, P, H-1B, E visas, and so on. Also Victor is good at family-based immigrant and non-immigrant visas, such as I-130, consular processing, K1 visa, K3 visa and so on.

Besides above education and working experience, Victor used to work for a well-known EB-5 Regional Center as Executive Director for Great China. He is very experienced on analyzing an EB-5 Regional Center program and how to prove legal source of funds for Chinese investors.

Graduated from SooChow University in Taiwan in 2003, Ms. Wu worked as a Legal Assistant in the top three law firm in charge of civil and criminal litigation and enforcement cases. With numerous experiences in court, Ms. Wu also assisted to edit and publish the book named "Introduction to the Civil Law in Taiwan".

In 2005, Ms. Wu studied at Washington College of Law at American University specialized in U.S. Business, Intellectual Property and Immigration fields and achieved LL.M degree a year after. In 2006, Ms. Wu worked for a well-known business consulting group, designing the exchange projects to assist the foreign entrepreneurs, scholars and government officials who were interested to visit the U.S. and allowing them to acquire advanced management concepts and knowledge.

Ms. Wu relocated to Los Angeles, California in 2007 and worked for the legal department of the biggest Taiwan IT company's US branch to conduct contract drafting and reviewing, import/export custom rules and tax regulations. In 2013, Ms. Wu joined Jian Law Group. Her fluent language skill (Mandarin and English) will assist you with our firm's professional promise.

In addition, Ms. Wu also obtained Californian Real Estate Broker License, California Insurance Agent License and California Public Notary Qualification.
